Sant Ravidass Educational Society (SRES) was born out of a dream to offer an opportunity to the unemployed youth of India and to serve society in various ways. Initially, we were a private Skill Training provider and gradually become one of the first Assessing Body originated from New Delhi registered with SDIS.

Sant Ravidas Educational Society (SRES), with its head office in Delhi, is the progressive face of the Assessment body that provides innovative human resource assessment solutions to govt., as well as private institutions through its highly qualified, experienced assessment professionals.

Our vision is to be the recognized leader in career and workforce development, in support of Skill Development Institutions. And our mission is to provide disabled people with opportunities to build a better future, & contribute towards the empowerment of India in its industrial development through accrediting and certifying skilled human resources and making them accessible to the industry.

SRES provides innovative human resource assessment solutions to the corporate and institutional bodies and had assessed and certified candidates on various vocational streams through its team of highly qualified Assessment Experts.

SRES is a professionally managed Human Resource Skill Assessment organization set up by a group of entrepreneurs with over 11 years of experience in Human Resource Management & Skill Assessment.

Objectives:

  • Sant Ravidass Educational Society (SRES) is headed by our MD Mrs. Shradha and her dedicated and skilled team.
  • Mrs. Shradha has an extensive experience of working in Skill Departments in various profiles as well as headed a Vocational Training Company Pan India for quite a long period. She is highly Energetic and well qualified and experienced in the field.
  • SRES has highly qualified and experienced Team of Assessors and Experts.
  • All our Question Bank is prepared by technically proficient and experienced module Experts.

The Organization used to select the area after visiting the area and diagnosing the problems that too may be depending upon the information collected by the way of observation, questionnaire, discussion with the local leaders, discussion with the people etc. Project formulations are been done by the expert of the Organization has been adopted for taking any decision about the Programme/ activities. During the implementation stage, the society used to direct implementation with the help of the community or village committee. Monitoring and evaluation of the progress and impact of the Programme depend upon the nature of the project.

Welfare Programme For person With Disability

Ministry of social justice and empowerment

Skill development programme for PWD candidates was conducted in two sessions:

1st session was from 01.06/2017 to 30/09/2016 , training was imparted in Skill cum EDP training of four-month duration for 25 PWD candidates free of cost from society own fund. Travel allowance was paid to trainees.

II nd session was from 06/01/2017 to 31/03.2017, training was done in the skill development programme of three months duration for 568 PWDs under SIPDA scheme, funded by Pt. Deendayal Upadhyaya Institute for the physically Handicapped under the ministry of social justice and Empowerment]. Stiphen of 1,000 per, month was paid to each trainee by PDUIPH.

Community based rehabilitation [CBR] programme was organized in East , South west , North west and North district of Delhi.
