From the Desk of Directors

Warm greetings from SRES! In our journey of 11 years, we have added many dimensions to our goal of bridging the gap between the demand and supply of skilled workforce in the industry. By taking one step at a time, gradually, we have climbed up the ladder of success. From skilling semi-urban youth to placing them in reputable corporates; signing Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with various Sector Skill Councils (SSCs) to spreading our wings around the world; we have rediscovered ourselves at every step of the way.

At SRES, we believe that change is the ultimate constant and innovation leads to progress. We have unraveled ourselves beyond the realm of vocational training. Our indigenous SRES mobile application for self- regulated learning has created history in the world of skill development and training. We have successfully generated employment through the application of updated and standardized training methodology.

We have also expanded our Staffing & Recruitment vertical. Our diligent Corporate Alliance Team has brought myriads of multinationals on board. We have 2500+ employees, working in various sectors, under our payroll. We are implementing assessments of National Safai karmacharis Finance and Development Corporation, 2020.

We have taken the target of skilling 1 million youth by 2022. Providing sustainable livelihood to aspiring disabled youth and women through skill training is the goal which we are committed to. Our continuous efforts for providing employability through training has helped us gain the trust of many corporates & Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) in implementing their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and has helped us embark on a new horizon.

We believe in inclusive growth of the nation and have taken a difficult and critical endeavour to enhance the standard of living of the Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) by imparting them vocational training. By being associated with the Government of India as a Training Partner for implementing program of Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan).

Our aspiration for overreaching the geographical boundaries has encouraged us to leave our mark in gulf countries. We are replicating the business model there that we follow in India. In the next two years, we aim to have our training centers all over gulf and in other countries as well. After all, it’s true when they say the sky is not the limit; it’s just the beginning.
